目前的消息应该是从590开始不在支持10系及以下显卡。nVidia官网搜索1060都是提供的580系列驱动。
个人觉得问题还是出在系统上，同样的硬件，同样的安装方法，v23就能开启硬件加速，v25就不能。

1060的还在支持清单，之前是说GT760的最高驱动版本是470，楼主手动装下官网的run驱动文件试试

是不是两个浏览器都是用的玲珑版？玲珑最近N卡驱动有点问题没跟上，可能会导致硬解码失效的问题。
在终端执行下ll-cli list
看看输出里面有没有org.deepin.browser和com.browser.softedge.stable，如果是的话换deb版本看是否能开启硬件加速。
sudo apt install org.deepin.browser com.browser.softedge.stable-pre

你这截图里面没看到browser\edge之类的啊😂 如果确实是玲珑版的，先换deb的试试，玲珑的N卡驱动很快会推送。

没主意，截图的时候往下滚动了，现在看到了，还真是玲珑的问题，换成deb版本就好了，系统自带那个不理它，反正我只用edge
顺带问一句，如果目前是玲珑版浏览器不能加速，那么是否可以理解为所有玲珑版应用也不能启用硬件加速？
