After more than 10 days of internal testing, the stable version update for deepin 25.0.10 is here! This update brings enhancements and upgrades across multiple areas including Solid-System (Immutabe), File Manager, multi-monitor scenarios, and more. It also fixes several issues frequently reported by community users and optimizes the user experience of some applications. Official Update Content for December 12, 2025

New Features:

1. Control Center - System - Developer Options: Added a Solid System Read-Only Protection toggle to safely unlock write permissions for system directories while retaining snapshot and rollback security.
2. Support for permanent file deletion when data disk space is low: Resolves the issue of being unable to clean files due to a full recycle bin, ensuring smooth file cleanup operations.

Optimizations:

1. Under multi-screen scenarios, when the laptop lid is closed, the external display automatically switches to the primary screen: Resolves the issue of the external display becoming unusable after closing the lid, ensuring work continuity (requires setting the laptop lid closing action to "Take No Action" in Power Management).
2. Increased clickable area for taskbar icons: Improves app launch accuracy and ease of use, reducing misclicks.
3. Enhanced visual feedback for selected desktop icons with a prominent background color: Makes it easier to distinguish selected icons during multi-select operations.
4. Calculator now automatically adapts to Control Center regional formats: Syncs decimal point symbols (e.g., "," or ".") and other localization settings to prevent recognition errors and calculation mistakes.

Bug Fixes:

1. Fixed an issue where taskbar app icons were duplicated in certain scenarios.
2. Fixed an issue where starred emails in the POP protocol mailbox appeared as duplicates.
3. Fixed an issue where the "Natural Scrolling" toggle for Bluetooth mice did not take effect after being enabled.
4. Fixed an issue where custom themes were lost after updating Terminal to version 6.0.18.
5. Permanently resolved the issue of repeated update prompts in the Control Center's "Check for Updates" module.
6. Fixed the issue where the HP1106 printer could not be used.
7. Fixed the abnormal scaling problem in the Firefox browser title bar.

Known Issues Pending Fix

1. In multi-network environments, after disabling a wired network connection, the system may still assign an IP address to it upon reboot.
2. In multi-network environments, after disabling a wired network connection, occasional failures may occur when using a wireless network to connect to a VPN.
3. After enabling "Disable touchpad when mouse is plugged in" in the Touchpad module, removing the mouse and the touchpad reactivating may cause the desktop right-click menu to become unresponsive.
