    【系统环境】： deepin V25.0.9 编写python程序无法编译，已经选择了解释器为python3.11,依然无法编译，显示：该工程没有关联构建工具。。。。。

    请先确认系统中安装了python3.11， 然后通过IDE设置中python编译器-浏览-/选择/usr/bin/python3.11

    先确认是否安装python3.11
