我用的就是I5-4590+GTX750+12G内存，用WIN11和deepin25都挺流畅的，办公完全没问题，本人不玩游戏，用WIN11玩网易天下3也挺流畅的，无压力

几十块钱换个固态硬盘装系统。不要用机械硬盘做系统盘了

a day ago deepin 我觉得没有意义，这种电子垃圾开机都是费电。绝对性能可能都不如现在的中端手机。
从系统上讲，你可以继续用xp，也可以找找极致精简版的win7，win10，win7最小有精简到200m大小的，用起来绝对不会比你现在的xp慢。
至于deepin，我印象中它是没有32位的，而你这机器装任何64位系统都会严重浪费系统资源。你要的是精简，而不是浪费。

还好吧，主要是千万不要用机械硬盘，CPU无所谓的，我用过09年的955，也不卡
