Cordial Deepin 25 does not change the time format to 12H visually. The logo looks fine in the terminal, but in my icon bar it appears in 24-hour format, and any new theme is not applied, so the icons are not updated.

And in themes, you only see changes with the initial installation themes. I removed the immutable one, but it didn't solve my problem. All external themes leave the icons as they are, meaning nothing changes, except with themes installed from outside and from the store.
