[Bug Report] Interface problems when setting the system to Arabic

When the system is set to Arabic, the interface, as shown in the image and video, encounters several problems, such as:
The side menu not appearing
Icons being mixed up and not being able to be clicked
Animation problems appearing as flickering (I could not attach a video showing the animation problem due to the limited file size allowed to be uploaded.)
