应 @fslong大佬要求，把CPU调度应用加GUI，现在将第一版发布*****--说明，对性能较好的新电脑有用，但也没什么*用😁；旧电脑可能用处大一些*****
V25 测试基础功能全部可用，有问题跟帖回复，定位修改后更新
--擅自加入了温度维度的调控，如果对温度敏感的同学可以试试---其实是我想用

更新--实现选项控制功能，根据启用停用温度和频率控制来启用停用对应功能，要保存配置文件和重启服务，所以此时需要提权~

1、一键恢复CPU到最高频率

4、增加CPU调整最低值设置--限制最低50%，可设置50%-95%
