Hi,

When I try to edit my wired network connection and specify a cloned MAC address the ethernet device can not connect to the network anymore. As soon as I erase the cloned MAC address it works again.

Best regards,

Alejandro

Hello,

Some operating systems or network managers might have bugs or restrictions when it comes to using cloned MAC addresses. This could prevent the device from obtaining an IP address or establishing a proper connection.

Fix:

Ensure your operating system is mymilestonecard fully updated.

Try restarting the network service or your device after changing the MAC address.

Hi,

Thank you for your help. My Deepin OS 25.0.1 is updated and I'm running the latest kernel. When I restart Network Manager Manually It doesn't restart. The same happened since version 23.

Best regards,

Alejandro
