We're excited to bring you the lateset system update for deepin 25! This release introduces a new Developer Debugging feature along with critical bug fixes to enhance stability and usability. Some frequently reported issues by community users have been fixed, and the user experience of some applications has been optimized.

New features

Screenshots and Screen Recordings

The logic for saving screenshots and screen recordings has been optimized, separating the saving to the local device and the clipboard. Additionally, the display interaction of the toolbar in the sticker state has been optimized.

Appstore

Optimized the display effect and information presentation of the tag collection page, supported sorting in the application management interface, and added a one-click entry to open the installation package save path to improve operational convenience.

System monitor

The system monitor has optimized the retrieval of CPU frequency and the optimization of the copy.

Muti-languages

Updated Lao translation files for all applications, enhancing multilingual support and user experience in Lao environments.

Bug Fix

Fixed issues such as the appearance of extra white rectangles in the sidebar of the app store, blurriness of some icons in the app management interface, the close button of the preview image going beyond the screen, abnormal display of menu styles, and abnormal loading in the app update interface.

Fixed issues such as incorrect/truncated text in the custom shortcut key pop-up of the Control Center, abnormal status of the Bluetooth switch after restart, failure to update network information after automatic IP switching, incomplete system update success prompts in the English environment, and obscured buttons in the security key pop-up under large font settings.

Fixed issues in the launcher such as duplicate "onboard" icons, blurry icons in the left quick access bar, automatic closure when switching from full-screen mode to windowed mode, residual desktop shortcut icons after app uninstallation, and stuttering in the rebound animation effect of the full-screen launcher.

Optimize UI issues such as misalignment of the taskbar preview border, failure to follow the dark mode, excessively small on-screen keyboard icon when scaling, inability to drag and adjust the brightness/volume in the shortcut panel, and inconsistency in style between the battery widget panel and the taskbar icon.

Wallpaper auto-rotation now works as expected in Personalization settings.

Resolved issues in other DDE modules, such as the disappearance of the fingerprint authentication option on the lock screen after standby and wake-up, the failure to start the login sound effect service during the first restart, the invalidation of the keyboard layout after logout, and the abnormal style of the deepin ID nickname input box.

Optimized issues such as the inconsistency between the icon in the path bar of the file manager and that of the external drive, the view button being framed when the sidebar is collapsed, and the disappearance of the left file name when two files are selected.

Optimized some bugs in system applications such as email, calendar, voice notepad, image viewer, device manager, calculator, disk manager, and log collection tool.
