[Desktop] Visibility issue on menus when popped up on windows having dark screen

On windows that have darker/black backgrounds, clicking on menus and having their popped up context, should display a lighter background colour of the menu to ameliorate the visibility issue.

Agreed—on dark-themed windows, context menus should adapt with lighter backgrounds to ensure readability. This is a UI accessibility issue and should be addressed at the system or toolkit level for consistent visibility across apps like VLC.
