    连接网络后浏览器必须重启才能访问网站

    【复现步骤】

    （此时网络未连接）打开浏览器-打开网站-连接网络-刷新网站-无法连接-关掉浏览器-重新打开浏览器-访问相同的网站-成功

    系统自带浏览器？是带认证的WiFi网络还是什么网络？

    我这边按照你同样的操作 ，系统浏览器刷新就可以正常打开网络了，不需要重新打开浏览器

    我这边日常是使用deepin 25 办公，浏览器版本 6.6.5.9，未发现你说的问题。可以把浏览器版本信息贴出来看看，另外，也看下玲珑环境。
