    新打包了一个世嘉模拟器： BlastEm

    有些许的bug, 但是不影响玩游戏

    选择rom是不支持中文

    对玲珑版本有要求，23上1.8.3启动不了， 25上的1.9.8没有问题

    发现一个bug, 第一次加载rom后, 更换rom路径后再进去就加载不到了, 也就是说rom路径要固定, 但是它不影响使用, 这个软件太难评了
