Your best bet is to let the automat installer do it for you with the standard settings. Otherwise, manually, keep in mind:

  1. Always GPT. MBR is a relic. Unless you're trying to install in a very old computer (~2012 and older) and intending to dual-boot with Windows then MBR is a de facto requirement forced by Windows. If only Linux you can install to GPT partitioned drives (and benefit from all its perks) even on BIOS-based computers or Legacy/CSM/"BIOS" mode (don't do this!) but it's more complicated, not much but still...
  2. You don't need any boot partition;
  3. You DO need to select a pre-existing ESP (EFI System Partition) (in any drive) or create one
  4. Deepin has nothing special or unique in its size requirements/recommendations so why would one expect to find specific instructions? Root and /home (not much point in having it separeted nowadays, TBH) sizes is a personal preference.
  5. You do need to create a swap partition. It may or may not work with a swapfile.
