    或者单纯是忘了删掉该文件了

    应该不是，不少软件包依赖这个文件里的内容，如果直接把文件干没了，有些软件的兼容性会出现问题，deepin上虽然都是自己打包了，但是deb包的生态肯定无法完全脱离debian，还是要保留一些兼容性的内容。
