这条记录有其他办法删掉吗

单个记录可以这样删除

sudo -u deepin-linglong ostree --repo=/var/lib/linglong/repo refs linglong/org.deepin.mail/6.4.7.2/x86_64/runtime --delete

你这个仓库环境有很多记录是有问题的，我觉得可以批量清理掉

ostree --repo=/var/lib/linglong/repo refs | grep -v stable:main | xargs -i sudo -u deepin-linglong ostree --repo=/var/lib/linglong/repo refs {} --delete

sudo rm /var/lib/linglong/states.json

然后重启一次，应该能解决你的问题，以上操作不会删除你的个人数据，所以可以放心使用。

我是从20.9升上来的，正常使用，没有异常操作。我觉得官方应该考虑一下这个点，避免用户出现这种情况。
