    不像龙芯，arm Linux 本身在工具链上是齐全的，开源软件迁移非常容易

    这跟资金雄厚有什么关系?这是因为ARM指令集本身就完善,充分经过了市场的考验,所以开源软件只要在ARM机器上把源码编译一下就直接出包了,龙架构是因为从架构开始搞,国产化程度高于华为,自然难度也高很多,跟砸钱没关系,如果国家不砸钱龙架构能不能出来还有待商榷
