    电脑本身安装的deepin21 ,在应用商店下载了系统升级工具，安装完成后提示这个，现在只能重新安装吗，还有补救方法吗

    先看看 tty 能不能进 ： ctrl+alt+f2

    如果能进：参考这个帖子 ，清理下其中的缓存 https://bbs.deepin.org/post/280486 ，然后重启

    建议重新安装，升级工具。升级成功率不高。

    敲回车会把上面的错误再重复一遍展示，用现成的u盘重新装回20版本了
