20 hours ago The error you are getting suggests that the application might be prioritizing new torrents and only allocating network resources when a new torrent is added. I had it but fixed it by reloading SPRUNKI GAME

Upon rebooting Deepin (v20.9) and restarting the Deepin downloader app with a few unfinished torrent downloads, the downloads do not resume until you attempt to "kick start" by adding a new torrent with high traffic. Even after clicking on the resume/play button, the old unfinished torrents do not resume even though the status has changed from paused. The new torrent with high download rate suddenly seems to wake the other unfinished torrents from sleep. This is annoying because everytime I reboot the machine, I have to add a new torrent with high traffic as a dummy download then delete it.
How did I tell the old torrents were asleep? They went from 3/1 available resources to 12/1 only after I add a new torrent with high live traffic rate.
BTW, I'm still on v20.9. I will upgrade to v25 while skipping v23 later on in H2 of 2025. I hope this bug does not persist into Deepin v25H2!
