    dock上的那个文件管理器，点击后默认打开home，不知道能否设置为别的文件夹？

    手动编辑图标文件（后缀是.desktop），在exec一行 nautilus 后追加你要打开的目录。

    终于搞定，步骤如下：
    1、sudo gedit /usr/share/applications/nautilus.desktop
    2、找到这一行：Exec=nautilus --new-window %U
    3、修改为：Exec=nautilus /home/用户名/Desktop --new-window %U
    4、保存即可
