加湿器开到最大，加足水，有改善不少，如果室内温度比较高，再加一盆水。
另外，平时多吃点苹果。。。
还有一个小点子：找一小块毛巾，打湿，睡前把它放在鼻子下面，别堵住鼻子就行，至少可以管到后半夜四点左右。
