希望deepin可以接入安卓厂商间的文件互传联盟，实现免驱动免安装系统级别的跨厂商文件无线互传

厂商间那个互传很依赖Wifi和蓝牙的协同，看Linux现在这种硬件驱动不全的状态恐怕费劲呀

退而求其次，这里有局域网网页快传工具 https://bbs.deepin.org.cn/post/280074

除此之外，还有 https://bbs.deepin.org.cn/post/274279 和飞鸽传书等方案

其实这个互传联盟三星也申请过倒是好像没通过，有没有可能deepin社区也争取过，所以deepin自己做了跨端协同，哈哈

先支持这个协议，只要蓝牙，wifi都支持，这个协议就起作用，否则不起作用不就行了吗
