    【系统环境】： deepin V23 【前置条件】： 根据scrcpy的github上的教程安装scrcpy 【复现步骤】： 安装scrcpy后重启，启动器有scrcpy的图标，手机和电脑正确连接后，点击启动器中的scrcpy图标 【预期结果】： scrcpy正常启动 【实际结果】： scrcpy没有启动，通过命令行输入scrcpy可以正常启动
