    安装了strongswan和对于的networkmanager 插件，因为deepin界面改花掉了，
    手动建的strongswan网络连接在控制中心里启动不了。。。（看附件）
    jp_ipsec_9就是我手动建的连接文件，但即使是这样启动的时候直接抱错。。。 :?
