This bug only happens if you have enough icons on the dock.
Here is a screenshot of the bug in action.


A solution to this bug would be to:
A. Make it a scrollable dock.
or B.Scale the dock icons down when it gets to big.

Please let me know if this is a good idea.

P.S Ubuntu already implemented it in their Side panel.
