    Ok, I downloaded the RC iso and the default language is Chinese (which is fine), but can anyone easily tell me how to switch to English to perform an installation? Kinda hard to get started if I can't read a single thing :0

    You may try to select another option in Boot Menu. The default option is to enter desktop, but you can choose to launch the installer directly.
