    安装了win10、deepinV23社区版(Beta3)双系统，但是win10、deepin系统时间总是差异8小时，搜了解决方法，说是可以使用hwclock --systohc --localtime命令将系统时间写入bios，这样双系统都根据bios时间保持一致了。

    但是在终端里面输入hwclock --systohc --localtime，提示找不到此命令，不知道是什么情况。请问是怎么回事？
