把 TextToSpeech 的插件也包含进去吧，Deepin 20.9 的 Qt5 虽然有 TTS 模块，但是默认的 speechd 插件竟然也莫名缺失了😂

Beta 3 应该是有的

apt/apt-file search .*qt.*texttospeech.*搜索，完全找不到Qt6的TTS模块，TTS作为Qt6的成熟模块为啥软件仓库里没有呢？希望
Deepin将Qt6 TextToSpeech的运行时和开发包添加进官方仓库！Qt 6 GRPC等Qt6.4之后的新模块就不说了， 像TTS这样的成熟模块主流Linux发行版几乎都有包含，deepin没必要在这方面特立独行吧？😂
