You need to provide more information. For example, the installation process got stuck at some point, or there are errors when running apt install commands.

I don't have problem using apt commands

just error :

I downloaded deb packages and installed like vlc.

also i can't use system update. i changed miror.

Please check that whether the source of app store still exists. And when you say you can't update system, do you update through control center or apt commands? If you run sudo apt update && sudo apt full-upgrade , will there be errors?

It's still possible that app store has connection problems in some area.

please check screenshots. errors in update and connection test in repos and deb packege install of chrome app
