    播放wine微信公众号中的视频会调用WeChatBrowser.exe这个程序，播放时候会有2个问题

    1）播放视频时候偶尔会有啪啪啪的声音

    2）CPU占用很高，没有硬解码

    希望原生微信尽快支持deepin，解决第一个声音的问题
