希望各个版本系统不管是20.9 还是V23都能在任务栏能增加秒数显示，“yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss”
起因是经常要ssh连到不能联网的服务器上去，没有时GPS北斗钟同步服务器，最多是拿一台当时钟同步服务端
饶是如此，仍然需要经常对服务端进行校时，所以就有需要一般看着任务栏的时间，一边对ssh会话里的服务器进行校时的需求
建议是做成一个是否显示秒数的开关，默认关闭。我这种有特殊需求的就平时打开。
