這是因為缺少Flash Player導致的。

但是很不妙的是Flash播放器已經在2019年末被官方放棄，此後的主流瀏覽器也開始主動無視Flash播放器的存在，同時國內版封鎖了國際版播放器插件的下載地址（而且最噁心的是Linux版本只有國際站點才有）。

我的建議和樓上一樣，主動配置Flash Player的瀏覽器現在反而也很有必要的，~~就像該死的網銀只能在IE內核的瀏覽器裡打開一樣~~。

話說這個頁面是四川移動下面的吧…
