A Lenovo Thinkpad L450 has only an integrated Intel graphics, somewhat old now, but that means very well supported, typically.
As such it doesn't require any user instalable drivers. It has all it needs in the kernel already, like any other Linux distro. It's NOT a metter of drivers!

Please describe exactly what happens. Then we may be able to suggest something. For the time being the only certainty is your post being an X-Y problem.
