    目前我这边通过暂时禁用这个软件源解决了（文件在/etc/apt/sources.list.d/devicemanager.list）

    （感觉是统信那边配置问题）

    有新进展，用我手机QQ浏览器（开了王卡免流）访问是正常的

    基本确定是部分地区的cdn故障，等修复吧

    cdn问题，改dns或者指定hosts正常的ip
