如果很多人出现类似的问题，下周可能会缩小推送范围，仅限于 20.9 用户在商店中提示更新
P.S. 社区版基本等同于滚动更新，且 V20 已经冻结，推送的时候默认所有用户都升级了，就没考虑老版本用户的问题......
