    用升级工具从20升级23，在升级过程中正处于备份过程取消过一次，后面每次升级就提示如下错误：failed to install package in new system。

    备份被中断后再升级就会出这个错误，可以考虑手动备份数据，然后重新安装V23。

    重启过系统吗，如果没有的话建议重启一下系统再尝试一下。
