    任务栏只有最低高度的时候托盘图标无背景，我记得以前是图标可视区域大于 20x20 的时候后面会绘制背景来着

    任务栏只有最低高度的时候托盘图标无背景，我记得以前是图标可视区域大于 20x20 的时候后面会绘制背景来着
