    把第三方的滑钮关闭就好了，这些更新眼不见为净，而且也多半用不上。

    正试图覆盖 ... 它同时被包含于软件包 ...

    大概是软件包冲突吧，建议把相关第三方软件包卸载掉，然后把第三方仓库禁了后再尝试更新
