    只要用鼠标右键点击任务栏（比如选任务栏设置）就会卡机好几秒，在此期间，鼠标无论怎么点任务栏上的图标都是没反应的，过一会刚才点击过的图标才会相继打开。

    注：话说，哪里可以查看到V23已经知道的Bug？这样，我就可以避免重复反馈bug了
