系统显示语言设置成 中文时候，是可以识别中文的
系统显示语言改成 英文后，就不识别中文了

嗯嗯 我觉得最简单的做法就是 添加个 是识别英文 还是 识别中文的配置，把选择交给用户总是好的
O(∩_∩)O哈哈~
比如类似我这种用户，就喜欢用英文的界面，所以就把系统语言改成了英文，
但是 时区还是在中国 东八区的
