V23 Beta 4月份发布（deepin的老规矩：4月30号23:59:59也是4月）

也对，4月有2个版本要发布，估计先20.9再bate

若是工作机，暂时不建议使用升级工具升级到v23，一是v23 alpha2系统还不稳定，二是升级工具还不太稳定。
在四月份会推出20.9，您可以再使用一段时间。v23可以在观望一下~
