    CPU：e3 1230 v2
    GPU：技嘉1050 2g

    【操作步骤】打开wifl开关 卡顿 不顺畅
    （问题发生前的操作过程，请尽可能详细）

    【问题现象】打开wifl开关 选择wifl连接 会明显感觉到掉帧 迟钝

    系统设置里面的wifl就不会这样 桌面上那个快捷的小图标无线网络会这样，望修复。

    e3坚挺!只是掉帧!

    你可以在个性化里把窗口特效关掉,也许会有性能改善(损失视觉)tail

    说个玄学的事，realtek螃蟹网卡或者是一些低端网卡会导致系统卡顿。可能是硬件的锅，我螃蟹卡8822ce，Windows搜索WiFi或者重启WiFi的话，设置直接无响应，deepin也是有类似的现象，自从换了intel ax200，心情都好了
