我也是装的华宇输入法，当时更新到20.7.1出现这个问题
今天看到帖子，去卸载了华宇输入法试试果然是这个输入法的问题，卸载了就可以开窗口特效了
出现这个问题不光是华宇输入法，我的输入法是在20.5的版本安装的（2022年5月份），之后一直正常，直到后面更新20.7.1（中间没有更新过系统）才出现无法开启窗口特效，所以和deepin的更新应该也有关系

如果您使用的系统版本是20.8，千万要小心，尽量不要下载华宇输入法！
因为下载安装这个输入法后，“控制中心”-“个性化”-“通用”的“窗口特效”开关会失效！
注意避雷！我已经中招了：https://bbs.deepin.org/post/254248
解决方案：卸载华宇输入法，更换其他第三方输入法。
如果卸载后仍然无法开启窗口特效开关，重启系统即可恢复。
