试试这几个ip。亲测不需要设置代理，只要修改hosts就可以
但由于使用国外服务器，有时需要重试一下才能翻译

可以用其他翻译器，和外国友人沟通，我就是去英文论坛，用翻译器和外国友人沟通，但是翻译结果，有时候和显示不一样，我就会注明用了翻译机。

You can use other translators to communicate with foreign friends. I just go to the English forum and use the translator to communicate with foreign friends. But sometimes the translation results are different from the display, I will indicate that the translator is used.
