    声音和画面都会一卡一卡的，只能重启。

    内存16G

    可以看看CPU的散热情况，一般来说可能时CPU/GPU负载过大，温度太高降频会导致观看高清晰度视频卡顿。（我的笔记本观看4K有时就会出现该状况）
