    你是不是没有关软件就重启或者关机了，如果是这样，你换成ubuntu也是一样的效果，有的软件不关闭，关机费劲。

    掌控了自动升级了以后，快了不少。

    cd /usr/share/unattended-upgrades/

    sudo mv unattended-upgrade-shutdown killed-unattended-upgrade-shutdown-killed

    开机/关机/休眠/早六点/晚六点，都会调用该自动升级脚本，强制中断还会引起下次开机问题。

    尤其偷摸升级内核，需要解包，换模块，重新打包的过程，往往超时自动关机，触发开机检查问题。
