（问题发生前的操作过程，请尽可能详细）
未关机，合上笔记本，大约4小时未操作。回来后把电脑打开，提示人脸已经锁定需要输入密码，但是密码输入是灰的，无法输密码，人脸也不起作用。
点重启或者关机都是回到输入密码界面，然后无法录入。
最后只能硬关机
