I have install deepin 20.8 Linux on Intel Germini-lake N4020 laptop and the sound is not working. When I tested Ubuntu 22.04 on it, I was able to get the sound to work by trying some alsa commands. But I don't want Ubuntu. These are the commands I used on the Ubuntu 22.04.
amixer cset name='Headphone Switch' on
amixer cset name='Speaker Switch' on
amixer cset name='Headphone Playback Volume' 3,3
amixer cset name='Right Headphone Mixer Right DAC Switch' on
amixer cset name='Left Headphone Mixer Left DAC Switch' on
amixer cset name='DAC Playback Volume' 999,999
amixer cset name='Headphone Mixer Volume' 999,999

please how can i make the sound to work on deepin 20.8?

There is no audio device to select in audio settings.

Same thing happpened with my wife's new laptop when we installed Deepin. It will not recognize output or input device, It seems the driver is not signed and not available on any Linux Kernel for Deepin. We gave up and installed Zorin OS 16.2 Pro and the sound/mic/headphone worked like a charm. Also, it appears that the signed device is available on non-free repositories. However, I couldn't add the non-free repository in Deepin 20.8.
