Installed this os the other day and there is no option to set the keybord to uk layout. WHY?

Also i have a printer connected to my wifi went to connect it to the computer and all i get is a

installation failed unable to open ppd is part of the message but not the whole message.

This is a pity because its almost a perfict os.
