    After installing applications from the terminal, no shortcuts are created or displayed in DDE. This is treated by creating a folder desktop-directories in /usr/share

    Try changing the region for the repository. Replace /etc/apt/source.list with new links from the list of repositories https://www.deepin.org/en/mirrors/packages/

    Those apps that don't appears in launcher, if you edit the </usr/share/applications/yourapp.desktop and in [Desktop Entry] section search "OnlyShowIn=Budgie;Cinnamon;GNOME;" and add at the end Deepin;, then will appear in launcher, or if the key OnlyShowIn is not in the .desktop file, add the line

    OnlyShowIn=Deepin;

    and will appears in the Launcher.

    The other things that you mention are just at your machine, those errors are inexistent. Try to reinstall Deepin and those errors need to disappear.
