    如题：笔记本电脑安装的是20.8，在未联网状态下，系统时间不自动更新。

    1、自动同步时间确实需要联网才行，不联网获取不到网络时间

    2、你这个明显是LINUX和WIN的时间设置问题，两个差了8小时。一个是硬件UTC，一个是硬件本地时间

    Reg add HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation /v RealTimeIsUniversal /t REG_DWORD /d 1
    复制以上内容，在win系统下用WIN+R键输入cmd，粘贴以上命令运行即可。
    说明：该命令修改win注册表使win系统默认使用UNIX、linux等其他操作系统通行的UTC时间。

    我装完WIN11系统，联网也不自动同步

    安装了双系统，时间不同步，按以下操作可以解决：

    1、在deepin下

    sudo timedatectl set-local-rtc 1

    2、回到windows下面，更新一下时间就行了
